Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the last date for filing on-line tender was 16.08.2019. However, two days prior to 16.08.2019, the process of on-line submission was closed. The learned counsel submits that respondents ought to have permitted the petitioner to fill in the on-line tender, as yet the tender process is not finalized.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondents.

By now the final bids also must have been opened. It is almost six months, the last date of

(2) 944-wp-2693-2020 filing on-line tender is over. At this stage, the petition cannot be entertained.

Writ Petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
