Heard. Perused the impugned award. The enhancement is manifold. In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit. 25% be paid as against undertaking and balance 25% as against solvent security/ Bank guarantee, with a condition that the amount shall be paid back, if so directed, along with interest @ 5% p.a. from the date of receipt of the amount to the date of repayment. Civil Application is disposed of.
