The petitioner who has already taken admission to Engineering course, is waiting decision by the scrutiny committee where his proposal for certificate of validity is pending. 3.

It transpires that the vigilance has been conducted. The committee had called upon him to respond in writing by 11-08-2023. He did appear and file his reply to the vigilance report on that day and the matter is awaiting decision.

We dispose of the petition by directing the committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks.
