The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the learned Single Judge of this Court in First Appeal No. 853 of 2014 with other connected appeals, vide order dt. 21.07.2015, has dismissed the appeals of the State holding that the reference Court has properly considered the evidence on record and awarded just and reasonable compensation. In the present appeal also, the land acquired is under the same notification for the same project and references were also disposed
FA29607.2010.odt of by the reference Court vide the judgment dt. 17.4.2008, which was subject matter in First Appeal No. 853 of 2014. 2.
The ld. AGP upon going through the order passed by the ld. Single Judge dt. 21.7.2015 in First Appeal No. 853 of 2014 with connected appeals, confirms the said fact.

In light of the above and for the reasons stated in the order dt. 21.7.2015 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 853 of 2014 with connected appeals, the present appeals also stand disposed of. No costs. 4.
In view of disposal of the appeals, the civil applications for stay also stand disposed of.
