Learned AGP has taken the instructions as per the Court's order. He would submit that the Authority to whom the letter has been addressed is not in existence. The representation has been addressed to the incorrect Authority. It should have been addressed to the Deputy Secretary Planning Department, EGS, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Since the representation was not addressed to the correct authority, we disposed of this writ petition by directing the petitioner to address the representation to the correct authority. If the representation is received by the correct authority, it should be disposed of at the earliest, in any event, within three (3) months from the receipt of such representation.
