Criminal Application No.3918 of 2024 is filed by husband for condonation of delay of 168 days caused in filing criminal revision application challenging impugned judgment and order dated 01-03-2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jalgaon in Petition No.E-140 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the respondents wife and son opposed application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and to give a fair opportunity, Criminal Application No.3918 of 2024 is allowed. Delay of 168 days caused in filing criminal revision application is condoned. Registry to verify and register criminal revision application. After registration, Criminal Revision Application be listed as per its turn.

Criminal Application No.547 of 2024 is filed by applicants wife and son seeking permission for withdrawal of Rs.1,20,000/- deposited by the respondent husband in this Court.

{3} CR APPLICATION NO. 3918 OF 2024 & ORS Learned counsel for the respondent husband has no objection for the said withdrawal.

In view of above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, Criminal Application No.547 of 2025 is allowed. Applicant wife is permitted to withdraw Rs.1,20,000/- deposited by the respondent husband in this Court, alongwith interest accrued, if any.
