Learned counsel appearing for both sides make statement that this Court has passed order on 17th February, 2023, in Writ Petition No. 32 of 2020, wherein, the petition was disposed of with a direction that order passed in Wakf Suit No. 22 of 2019 would bind the Revenue Authorities and the corresponding change be made in the revenue entry after the decision of the said suit. They unanimously seek similar order in present application.
