Learned AGP has relied on order dated 05/02/2024 passed by Principal Seat in Contempt Petition No.345 of 2022 in Writ Petition No. 4748 of 2019, wherein this court has observed that State has challenged the order passed in Writ Petition No.4748 of 2019 by filing special leave petition, which is pending in the Supreme Court and therefore, it cannot be said that the respondents are defying the order dated 01/10/2021 to punish the respondents under the contempt petition. Therefore, this court disposed of the contempt petition.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the special leave petition is still pending for consideration before the Apex Court.
