In view of our order dated 18.9.2024, respondent no.4 is present before this Court alongwith the cheque. He has given the calculations, which appears that interest @ 10% p.a. has been paid. Therefore, the cheque that has been brought to is for Rs.16,89,600/- (Rs. Sixteen Lakh Eighty Nine Thousand six Hundred only). Cheque has been handed over to Khatib Salimabegum Mukhid i.e. petitioner no.1. She has given the receipt. All these documents are taken on record by marking Exhibit "A" collectively.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not challenging or have no objection in respect of the calculation. Under such circumstance, the order has been complied with and, therefore, Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
