Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicants is ready to deposit entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon in this Court. Therefore, the impugned judgment and awards passed by the Motor

ca5947-2019+ Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.126/2013, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.174/2013 and Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.248/2013, are stayed till further orders, subject to deposit of entire awarded compensation amount with accrued interest thereon by the appellant Insurance Company within a period of eight weeks from the date of passing of this order. In case of default on the part of the applicant, the stay order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. Civil Applications is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
