The petitioner is claiming to be the possessor of the land. Respondent No.7 is claiming to be the legal heir of the Inamdar. However, respondent No.7 does not possess any succession under Hyderabad Atiyat Enquiries Act. The petitioner does not appear to be tenant also. The land in question is Inam land. In light of that the petitioner may not have any right.

If the petitioner wants to agitate his right, he may take appropriate proceedings. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
