In that view of the matter, this Petition is disposed of with directions to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2015 in the light of report dated 13th July, 2015 within 8 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.
