Heard Ms Mahajan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. Learned Counsel Mr Patil appears on behalf of respondent no.5 Shri Pravin Sitaram Pandit, Treasury Officer, Jalgaon. Learned A.G.P. appears on behalf of respondent no.2. 2.
By our earlier orders dated 28th September, 2018, 12th October, 2018 and 19th October, 2018 we granted some time to the respondents so as to comply the order of this Court.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.5 placed on record compilation of the communications, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The first communication dated 26th October, 2018 is the proposal forwarded by the Education Officer. Then page 2 of the compilation is about the deposit of the amount in the account of Superintendent, Pay and Provident Fund Unit (Secondary), Education Department, reference is to the Bank account number as well as to the amount and the amount is to the tune of Rs.3,24,551/-. Then there is a communication forwarded by the Additional Treasury Officer and also endorsed by the Treasury Officer, Jalgaon intimating the Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Jalgaon to deposit the amount in the account of the Superintendent, Pay and Provident Fund Unit. 4.
Learned A.G.P. then placed on record a communication received by the office of the Government Pleader, which is marked as "X-1" for identification. The Superintendent, Pay and Provident Fund Unit informed the learned A.G.P. that the amount is received by the Unit and cheque No.117965, dated 1.11.2018 is requested to be deposited ion the account of the petitioner in Jalgaon District Central Co-operative Bank and the learned A.G.P. submits that by today itself the amount would be credited in the account of the petitioner positively. This communication shows that the order of this Court is
