PER COURT :- 1.

Vide the present application, the applicant seeks permission to execute CMC contract in respect of Cath Lab Machine. The learned counsel submits that the comprehensive maintenance contract is required to be given every year and the same is being given from the year 2006-2007 with 5% escalation cost.

Mr. Nagarkar, the learned counsel for the original writ petitioner does not object to the same.

We have gone through the resolution (Exh. G) which shows that the contracts are given every year since the year 2006-2007 for maintenance. For the year 2014-2015, contract was given for Rs.48,97,623/- for cath lab machine, etc. Considering the fact that, it is regarding maintenance in respect of medical facility, the applicant is permitted to execute comprehensive maintenance contract in respect of machines as detailed in prayer clause "B". 4.
