1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has challenged the impugned order dated 23rd November, 2021 passed by the respondent no.6 - the District Superintendent of Land Records, Beed by way of filing Revision Petition before the Hon'ble Minister, Revenue and Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 on 27.01.2022. The learned counsel further submits that the said Revision Petition is not yet numbered and as

such, he is unable to obtain any interim order from that Court. During pendency of the said Revision Petition, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking stay against the order dated 23rd November, 2021 passed by the respondent no.6.

3] I feel it more appropriate to direct the Revisional Authority to hear the Revision Petition filed under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and to register the same and pass the appropriate orders in accordance with law. Thus, the Revisional Authority is directed to register the revision petition and pass appropriate order, as may be available in law. 4] In this regard, all the contentions are kept open. 5] The Revisional Authority to take up the revision petition for consideration of interim relief within six weeks on intimation of this order.

6] Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

7] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has applied for adjournment before the respondent no.6 - the District Superintendent of Land Records, Beed and the respondent no.6 to decide the same in accordance with law.
