1] The Application is filed by the applicant - wife seeking transfer of the Petition No.A-3396 of 2022 filed by the respondent - husband for divorce at Bandra, Mumbai to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner, District Ahmednagar.

2] Respondent is served in the matter. However, no appearance is filed by respondent in the matter. 3] It is the case of the applicant that the marriage between the applicant and respondent was solemnized on 19.05.2019 at Dhumalwadi, Taluka Akole, District Ahmednagar. On account of certain dispute with the respondent and in laws, the respondent had to return back her to parental house. The applicant has no source of income and that she is living with her parents. 245.23MCA submitted that the respondent has not made any provisions for maintenance of the applicant, as such, the applicant has filed case seeking maintenance at Akole. It is further the case of the applicant that distance between the Akole and Bandra at about 250 kilo meters and that it is not convenient and financially difficult to attend the proceedings at Mumbai, and therefore, the applicant seeks transfer of the petition No.A-3396/2022. It is the case of the applicant that the husband of applicant is Manager in I.T. company and he can conduct the proceedings at Ahmednagar.

4] In view of the submissions made, Petition No.A-3396 of 2022 filed by the respondent - husband for divorce at Bandra, Mumbai is transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner, District Ahmednagar. Accordingly, Misc. Civil Application is disposed of. [ARUN R. PEDNEKER] JUDGE DDC
