1) The application is filed for extension of time to vacate the premises. It appears that second appeal filed by the tenant in the eviction matter came to be dismissed on 12-11-2014. On that date time of 12 weeks was given by this Court to vacate the premises. By order dated 27-32014 further time was given subject to some conditions till 30-6-2015. After that no further time was given by this Court.

2 CA 12205/2015 2) Learned counsel for the applicant bank submitted that the bank has some difficulty in shifting and it has undertaken construction of premises which are taken on rent where the bank is to be shifted. Other side has strong objection on the ground that the second appeal was dismissed on 12-11-2014 and sufficient time was given to the defendant, tenant. There is no question of giving extension. The Civil Application No.12205 of 2015 and Civil Application No.398 of 2015 are disposed of.
