We have briefly heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. He is aggrieved by the public notice published by the CIDCO authorities in daily "Divya Marathi", Aurangabad in which, it has been stated that the Board of Directors has passed the resolution No.10167 dated 10.08.2009 vide which, the land has been allocated for tin-shed operators (Tapari Bukhand). The apprehension of the petitioner is that trees are likely to be chopped down while accommodating the tin-shed holders. 2.

An undated representation has been served upon the CIDCO authorities on 30.06.2021, which is at page 55 of the

*2* 35wp13082o21 petition paper book and the grievance is that the said representation is not responded to by the CIDCO authorities. 3.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off by requesting the CIDCO authorities to consider the said representation on it's own merits and preferably within a period of 60 days from today.
