PER COURT :- The grievance raised by the petitioner is in respect of failure of respondent committee to accept the proposal for tribe certificate verification tendered by her. It is the contention of the petitioner that 'online' proposal has been tendered by her as prescribed under the procedure, adopted by the scrutiny committee, however, hard copy thereof submitted through the employer, has not been accepted. One of the objections raised by the scrutiny committee is in respect of the tribe certificate, not adhering to form 'C' provided under the Rules. On perusal of the photostat copy of the certificate, we are convinced that the tribe certificate is in form 'C' and format prescribed under the rules and there does not appear to be any error in issuance of the certificate by the Sub Divisional Officer.

In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 committee to accept the proposal that would be tendered by the petitioner directly within a period of 15 days from today & proceed to undertake scrutiny of the same and render decision on merits as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 9 months from today. In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner on the ground of her failure to submit validity certificate, however, appropriate steps may be taken subject to decision of the scrutiny committee.
