DATE : 19/06/2017 PER COURT :- 1] Let the District Collector, Hingoli ensure that the subordinate officer reporting to him viz. third respondent, furnishes the information in terms of the order of the appellate authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The appellate authority's order dated 5/12/2015 is still not complied with. The information under that order and in terms of the application of the petitioner be supplied to him as expeditiously as possible and within ten days from today, failing which we would be constrained to move in contempt against respondents 2 and 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms.
