The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is to the extent that the roster be verified by the B. C. Cell. The roster is submitted to the Education Officer on 04.08.2018 (Exhibit - F). 2.

The Education Officer shall forward the said roster to the B. C. Cell, Aurangabad within a period of four (04) weeks from today. Upon receipt of the same, the B. C. Cell shall verify the said roster within a period of three (03) months thereafter. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
