PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has completed internship of M.B.B.S. course. The petitioner is required to serve bond period of one year. The validation proceeding is pending since, 2018. The internship completion certificate is not being issued.

Without the internship completion certificate, the petitioner cannot undergo the bond period.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent Nos.1 & 2.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel appears for respondent no.4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 07.12.2021 and cooperate for expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The committee shall decide the proceeding preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

In case, the petitioner is required to undergo bond period, then in that case and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the respondents may not withhold issuance of internship completion certificate only on a ground that validation proceeding is pending as the petitioner has to undergo the bond period.

The respondents are at liberty to take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the scrutiny committee in the validation proceeding.
