1) The application is filed for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant, respondent in the appeal has produced copy of order made by this Court in Civil Application No.15769 of 2015 In First Appeal No.3021 of 2015). It appears that this Court has granted

2 CA 15764 of 2015 the application in the following terms.

"Applicants-claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation. The applicants are further allowed to withdraw 25% amount of compensation on submitting undertaking to the effect that in the event of allowing First Appeal, they hall refund entire amount within one month. The applicant are permitted to withdraw remaining 25% amount of compensation upon furnishing indemnity to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court."

2) So, the application is allowed and stands disposed of on the same terms.
