Present application has been filed for withdrawal of amount. Amount of Rs.2,00,700/- has been deposited by the appellant in this Court. 2.

It appears that the tribunal had come to the conclusion that the offending vehicle had no valid and effective insurance on the date of the accident. As per the order passed by this Court, it appears that half of the amount has been deposited by the appellants. The amount which has been deposited is inclusive of the initial security of amount also. Under such circumstance, applicant is entitled to withdraw amount of Rs.1,75,000/- subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight
