Both the applications are filed for adding the names of the applicants as petitioners in the respective writ petitions. 2.

It is contended that the newly elected Managing Committee and Board of Directors of petitioner/institution are elected for the term 20192024 and the Charity Commissioner has accepted the change report. 3.

The applications are opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

However, since the change report is accepted, I deem is appropriate to add the applicants as petitioners in these writ petitions. 5.

In view of the same, both the applications are allowed. The applicants in both the applications are permitted to be added as petitioners in the respective writ petitions. Necessary amendment be carried out within three weeks.

List the matters on 5.4.2024.
