PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.4 committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal tendered on 10.10.2018 and pending with the committee in accordance with provisions of law and after extending opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and it is accordingly directed. The petitioner shall cause appearance before the committee on 1.10.2018 and as such no separate notice requiring his presence shall be necessary. The petitioner shall, on the said date, present his objection, if any to the vigilance cell enquiry report.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
