Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validity certificate has been issued to the petitioner on 27th September, 2017, however, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are not releasing the original documents of the petitioner. 2.

In view of the fact that, validity certificate has already been issued to the petitioner, now there would be no impediment for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to release the documents of the petitioner. The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall release all the documents in favour of the petitioner such as degree certificate,

2 wp 10843.17 passing certificate and such other relevant documents immediately. The petitioner shall submit the copy of validity certificate before the respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 3.

In view of the validity certificate issued to the petitioner, the petitioner would be entitled for all the statutory benefits such as fees as per the policy. The reimbursement can be claimed by the college and the amount paid by the petitioner to the college may be reimbursed to the petitioner.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
