On instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. It is submission of the learned counsel that, though the present petition was filed raising a grievance of non-compliance of the order of this Court, due to certain judicial pronouncements, the petitioner is expected to take certain steps initially in the matters of caste certificates or tribe certificates, and the petitioner would take steps as early as possible.
