The applicants have filed present application for restoration of FAST No.15889/2015 which came to be dismissed in default on 08.09.2015 for non removal of office objections. However, the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he would remove the office objections and would also produce the certified copy of the judgment and award within a period of two weeks.

In view of above, the present application is hereby allowed. The order dated 08.09.2015 by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is hereby recalled and set aside. FAST No.15889/2015 is restored to its original stage. The applicants to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today failing which the order dated 08.09.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court would be restored.
