The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 28/08/2018 passed by the SDO which indicates that the objections raised by these petitioners to the review proceeding under Section 258 of the MLR Code praying that the review proceedings may be summarily dismissed, have been rejected. 2.

It is informed that the review proceedings are pending, the petitioners have appeared and the stage is for filing their written say to the review proceedings.

Considering the above, I do not find any reason to keep this petition pending and the same is, therefore, disposed off.

Needless to state, the petitioners are expected to raise all their objections before the concerned authority to deal with the proceedings under Section 258 of the MLR Code and the said authority would consider the contentions of all the sides while deciding the review petition.
