The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would be satisfied if the directions are given to respondent no.4 - the Superintendent of Police to look into the investigation papers and consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in this petition.

In the light of the statement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, we direct respondent no.4 - the Superintendent of Police, Ahmednagar to summon the investigation papers from the concerned Investigating Officer of Crime No.I-51 of 2016 registered with Jamkhed Police Station, Dist.Ahmednagar and take appropriate decision in the matter about the grievance of the petitioner raised in this petition. It will be open for the Superintendent of Police to consider this petition itself as an application/representation of the petitioner. 4.

We hope and expect that the Superintendent of Police will consider the grievance of the petitioner and take decision as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from receiving a copy of this order.
