The civil application is filed seeking directions against respondents to release the arrears of salary and subsistence allowance to the applicant.

Mr. Dixit, the learned senior advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, the arrears of the subsistence allowance would be paid within a period of ten (10) days from today by demand draft to the applicant. The said statement is accepted.
