DATE : 10TH JULY, 2023 ORDER :- By this application, the applicants are praying for grant of permission to bring on record legal heirs of appellant No.3 Vimal Bhausaheb Gaike on record who died on 7.10.2021. ii] The learned counsel for the applicants invite attention of this court to the para. Nos. 2,3 and 4 to contend that the delay in filing the application has been duly explained. He would submit that the matter relates to immovable property and it is imperative to bring on record the legal heirs of appellant No.3.

iii] Mr. Kakade, learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the application stating that the delay is not explained. iv] Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of learned advocate for respective parties, it appears that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay and permit the applicants to bring on
