Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 14th July, 2017 whereby registration of their Second Appeal has been rejected. The applicants also claims for condonation of delay of 1904 days. Learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within the period of two weeks.

However, in view of the huge delay of almost six years the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and Pooja K.

917 CA-1075-2024 'B' subject to cost of Rs.3000/- (rupees Three Thousands only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad within the period of two weeks and also removal of all the office objections, if any, within the same period.
