The petitioner is soliciting mandamus for failure of the Scrutiny Committee to decide his proposal for validation of his tribe certificate.

Considering the fact that irrespective of the stand being taken by the petitioner about his father having been called by the Committee, etc. when the proposal itself was filed as late as on 13 June 2024, we dispose of the petition requesting the Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal at the earliest.
