1] The present Civil Application is filed to set aside the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court by condoning delay of 151 days in filing the present Civil Application.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to non-availability of the documents, the applicants could not remove office objections within time. The learned counsel further submits that there is delay in filing the present civil application and the same is not intentional deliberate. Considering the said fact, the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Registrar may be quashed and set aside.

The order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] is set aside to the extent of the present applicants. The applicants to remove all office objections within a period of four weeks.
