Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for Respondent-State and learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that Respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded be directed to release the arrears of salary from 26.07.2011 to 31.03.2018. 3.

The Education Officer has filed an affidavit in reply and has categorically stated in paragraph No.5 of the Affidavit in Reply that if Respondent No.3-Management submits the separate bills from 26.07.2011 to 15.07.2014 and 26.10.2016 to 31.03.2018, the said pay bills will be considered on its own merits.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 would submit that despite the management submitted the separate bills Respondent No.2 is not accepting the same. Be that as it may. Narwade/

We direct Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to submit separate pay bills to Respondent No.2 as indicated in paragraph 5 of the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent No.2 within a period of four (4) weeks from today. 6.

After receipt of the said pay bills Respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary) shall take decision on the same, in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter. 7.
