Impugned order dated 13th August, 2019 passed by respondent No. 2 - Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik is set aside. Respondent No. 2 Committee to issue requisite validity certificate to petitioner of being "Koli Mahadev" scheduled tribe, forthwith, which would be subject to decision as may be taken by the Committee in respect of validity holders relied on by petitioner, as it is stated that validity

wptn10939.19 holder's tribe claims are being re-investigated. In case of cancellation of validity certificate of the validity holders, it would be open for the Committee to issue show-cause notice to the petitioner as to why his certificate should not be cancelled and take such proceeding to its logical end.
