Applicant is seeking further disbursement of the amount. 3.

First appeal is preferred by the acquiring body. In pursuance of the orders of this Court, amount of Rs.34,91,832/- was deposited. By previous order, applicant was permitted to receive 50 % of the amount on furnishing undertaking. The balance amount was directed to be invested in nationalized bank. Applicant aspires to receive the balance amount.

Learned AGP opposes the application.

Interest of the justice would be sub-served in permitting the applicant to receive 25% of the amount conditional. 6.

Civil application is partly allowed permitting the applicant to receive remaining 25% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and the balance amount shall be invested or re-invested in nationalize bank. Civil Application No.11266 of 2025 7.

Present application is wrongly filed and on that count applicant seeks to withdraw the application.
