This application is filed seeking withdrawal of 50% remaining amount of compensation deposited by respondent. 3.

Learned AGP strenuously opposed the application contending that 50% amount is already withdrawn by claimants and therefore, claimants are not entitled for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Claimants are permitted to withdraw remaining 50% amount along with the accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
