It is informed by learned counsel Mr. G. R. Syed appearing for original plaintiffs that in terms of the settlement between the parties arrived at in Criminal Application No.4191 of 2025 before this Bench, an Attempt was made by his client to withdraw Special Civil Suit No.156 of 2024. Due to operation of interim relief granted on 01.10.2025, the Trial Court did not entertain the request.

Revision is arising out of the order rejecting the application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C. The withdrawal of the suit as per the settlement would be in consonance with the grievance of the applicant and

( 2 ) 59 CRA NO. 209 OF 2025 would not be detrimental to the interest of the applicant. There is amicable settlement between the parties before this Bench in the proceedings referred above. Both the counsels present today are unanimous that the matter has been settled and the parties are also present. 3.

Civil Revision Application is disposed of with a liberty to the parties to solicit withdrawal of the suit. In case the suit is not withdrawn or permitted to be withdrawn the order passed today shall stand revived alongwith interim relief.
