The record shows that while order dated 01.04.2024 the matter was fixed for dismissal order on 15.04.2024 since none remained present for the applicants and interim relief was also running against the applicants. However, on 15th July, 2024, the matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the applicants.

Today, no one is present for the applicants. The suit before the trial Court is still stayed. Thus, it appears that the applicants are not interested in proceeding with the matter.

As such, considering the earlier order dated 15.04.2024, the Civil Revision Application stands dismissed for default. Interim relief, also stands vacated.
