It is submitted that the appeal before the District Court is finally heard and is now placed for judgment. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner during the trial also though the order of maintenance is passed @ Rs. 3,000/- per month, the said order was taken up before the High Court and it was agreed to deposit Rs.1500/- per month. 3.

The learned counsel submits that as per the order of this Court dated 14.10.2013, the petitioner is regularly depositing Rs. 1500/- with the District Court and no default has been committed by him. The trial Court has held that marriage has not been proved.

I have gone through the order. As now the matter is reserved for judgment and the petitioner states that he is depositing the amount of Rs. 1500/- per month regularly and the

I modify the order of the trial Court and direct the petitioner to deposit the amount till the judgment is delivered as per the order passed in this writ petition dated 14.10.2013. Naturally the parties will be governed by the further order that would be passed by the District Court. Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
