Learned AGP is producing affidavit-in-reply by Shri. Krushna Nagnathrao Kangule, Tahsildar, Phulambri, giving details of the steps and the order, which he has passed on 04.07.2024, whereupon he has disposed of the application taking note of the decision of this Court bench at Nagpur. 2.

Though the learned Advocate for the petitioner has certain objections, we say that the petitioner's remedy, if at all, aggrieved [1]

31-cp-777-2024.odt by the order passed by the Tahsildar is elsewhere. Under such circumstance, there is no necessity to take further action under the Contempt of Courts Act.
