By this application the legal representatives of original petitioner - Ramkrushna s/o. Nilkanth Borole seeks direction against respondent No. 2 - The District Collector, Jalgaon to pay compensation amount deposited with him by the Thermal Power Station alongwith interest. Earlier also, an attempt was made therefore, the Court had directed to the District Collector to make an inquiry and decide that application. The District Collector by order dated 3rd October, 2018, considered the claim of original owner and rejected their claim. That order is not impugned. The rights of the applicants howsoever may be decided. That order is still 1/2

919 CA 10200-2024 in force unless that order is impugned it would not be appropriate to direct the Collector as prayed for. Hence, the application stands disposed of. 3.

Leave granted to amend the petition.
