Heard learned Advocate Mr. Rahul Avhad holding for learned Advocate Mr. N. L. Choudhari for the petitioner. 2.

In the present petition only show cause notice dated 19.08.2025 issued by respondent No.2 is challenged which has been even replied by the petitioner. No final decision appears to have been taken on the said notice. When questions were asked in respect of the same, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition, with liberty to file petition, if occasion arises in future. 3.

The petition, therefore, stands disposed of as withdrawn. [1]

If occasion arises, then it would be a fresh cause of action for the petitioners. Under such circumstance, there is no question of in fact the liberty. When fresh cause of action arises, a person can always knock the doors of the Court.
