Mr. Sant, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the acquisition proceedings is of the year 1992 and the reference was decided in the year 2010. The applicants / original claimants have preferred the appeal feeling aggrieved by the impugned judgment and award in the year 2010 itself. Now, claimant no.1 is 92 years old, claimant no. 2 is 89 years old, claimant no.3 is 72

909-ca-12924-21 years old and claimant no. 4 is 67 years old. All the claimants are old aged and senior citizens. As such, the appeal needs to be fixed for final hearing.

Heard Mr. Virdhe, learned AGP for respondent no.1 / State . None appears for respondent no.2 4.

By looking to the old nature of the appeal, it needs to be listed for final hearing by dispensing the exercise of print. 5.
