The petitioner's proposal is pending with the scrutiny committee for validation of tribe claim since 22-04-2024. Being in urgent need of decision to ensure admission through NEET-UG-2024, she has appraoched this Court soliciting directions to the committee. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that vigilance enquiry was conducted in the matter of petitioner's brother. She is ready to adopt his reply to the vigilance report and the request was made even to the committee but the proposal has been kept pending. 3.

We dispose of the petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 12-09-2024 and the committee may thereafter consider her request for adopting the reply filed by her

2 WP / 9954 / 2024 brother to the vigilance enquiry report and decide her proposal as expeditiously as possible.
