In view of ratio in Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others, 2015 (6) Mh.L.J., 915, the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy of filing second revision before the State Government. In that view of the matter, the learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision before the State Government.

Permission granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
