PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his representation dated 04.06.2019 addressed to respondent no.2 may be considered. 2.

We would expect respondent no.3 to consider the representation dated 04.06.2019 on it's own merits and strictly within the framework of the policies and the rules applicable. If the rules do not permit a person to select a portion of land or to refuse to accept one parcel and opt for another parcel, such request would not be entertained.
